This year brings The Fabulous Thunderbirds w/Kim Wilson, Sonny Landreth, Shamekia Copeland, 'Too Slim' & the Tail Draggers, The Informants, 2008 IBC winner Lionel Young, a youth showcase and a host of other great acts.  Saturday features 40,000 sq. ft. of fresh sod on the arena floor, 3 stages, great food, free harmonica's w/lessons... & once again a lucky festival goer will leave with a free guitar!  There is also a raffle for a second guitar which will be signed by the main stage performers.  

Friday is a giant downtown crawl, outdoor stage, multiple indoor venues, street musicians, street vendors... it's the coolest thing north of Beale St!

The GBJ is a true non-profit, none of the year-round staff members takes a dime to produce & promote this show... a true labor of love.
